Golden Keys: PA Homeownership Series HUD-Certified Virtual Workshop (Part 2)
The Golden Keys: PA Homeownership Series is a two-part, HUD-certified virtual workshop designed to guide aspiring homeowners through the full homebuying journey from preparation to closing.
Presented by the Good As Gold Foundation in partnership with the New Kensington Community Development Corporation (NKCDC), this program provides participants with the education and tools needed to become eligible for Pennsylvania and Philadelphia housing grants and financial assistance programs.
Attendees who complete both sessions and the required one-on-one counseling will receive their HUD Homebuyer Education Certification, opening the door to expanded grant opportunities and trusted guidance from experienced mortgage lenders and real estate professionals.
