Coach the Game. Shape the Future. Change a Life.
The Flag Motion League (FML), powered by the Good as Gold Foundation, is looking for passionate leaders who believe coaching is about more than wins and losses. Our coaches don’t just teach flag football—they help develop confident leaders, strong character, and resilient young people.
At FML, every practice is an opportunity to mentor. Every game is an opportunity to inspire. Every athlete is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
We’re building more than athletes—we’re building future leaders, teammates, and champions on and off the field. Register Here!

As an FML Coach, You Will:

  • Inspire and mentor the next generation.
  • Teach the fundamentals of flag football while emphasizing leadership, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
  • Build confidence and encourage personal growth.
  • Create a positive, safe, and empowering environment for every athlete.
  • Help young people discover their potential both on and off the field.
  • Join a movement committed to changing lives through sports and mentorship.

Whether you’ve coached for years or simply have a heart for serving youth, we invite you to be part of something bigger than the game.

Ready to Make an Impact?

Apply today to become an FML Coach!

After submitting your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details for our virtual Coach Interest Meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 6:00PM-7:00PM.
